- Biotin is found in most of the best hair supplements for growth; it is a B Vitamin that contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin – helping to keep them healthy. Niacin, also known as vitamin B3, is a water-soluble vitamin that aids normal skin and normal function of mucous membranes.
- Vitamin C is essential for the production of collagen, which can be found in our hair, skin, nails, bones, joints, and many other parts of the body. Whilst Zinc helps to support hair and keep the oil glands surrounding the follicles working; it is important that we get enough zinc through our diet or supplements for skin and hair health.
- Selenium is an essential mineral that cannot be made by the body and must be obtained through our diets or supplements. This antioxidant can help maintain healthy nails and hair by helping the body rid itself of free radicals and aiding Vitamin C function.
