    The tablets are HUGE. Difficult to swallow. And the jar uis 5x too big for the amount of tablets sold. They fill 1/5 of the jar. The smell is awful

    Since using these, I have noticed my hair does not fall out so much when brushing and washing it.

    The biggest improvement is my nails! They're strong and healthy, they were always weak and transparent! I've never had to cut them before because they just broke off, but tonight was the second cut in two weeks! I made the mistake of having acrylics which left them in a terrible mess! These vitamins have sorted them out!

    My nails are amazing! I might actually buy some nail varnish!

    I highly recommend this product!

    It's the second time I am buying these. I have severe seasonal hair loss and I definately see results. My nails are harder as well.

  7. 1 Month in and I can already notice the change

    I started using this product quite quickly after having my eyebrows completely taken off. I have only been using this product for about a month and have not finished the course, I still having 7 days remaining as I only take two tablets a day. I have noticed the hair to my eyebrows coming back thicker, my nails are incredibly strong and long, my hair feels softer but I have always had quite soft hair.

    Bought these for my nails as they are prone to splitting and flaky. These do work but must wait at least three months before any visible results are noticeable - new nail must grow. Suggest that these are taken continually to keep up new nail growth.

    This product is just perfect, I have been taking it for years! My skin looks much, much better when I take it! It was a fast delivery to Germany!!!! It couldnt be better!!!! I will keep ordering it in the future!
