    it did not seem to make a difference at all for about a month but now I have noticed the health of my nails has suddenly improved a lot. I hope it works on my skin and hair as well!

    Been taking these for a few weeks now and no change in my skin, hair or nails. Wouldn't recommend personally but everyone is different so may not work for me but may work for someone else

    Been using this product for over a week now and already it feels like some progress has been made. It's great that it targets hair, skin and nails and not just one or the other. Looking forward to seeing the long term results of these products.

    The tablets are huge, even when I broke them in half I found the difficult to swallow without gagging. Gave up and will return to hairburst capsules which are coated and easier to swallow

    I bought this product a few months ago and it has a really bad smell. I had more breakouts and skin was left looking worse. Would not recommend

    the product is good but I was having difficulty of swallowing it. I would love to buy again but I would like the 1 a day only. Too much for me the 3x a day.. I would still recommend it my friends coz its good.
