    I've been using these for about 4 months now and i have to say this vitamin concoction is super.

    My nails: LongER healthIER and strongER than evER. I get compliments all the time. "Your nails looks like model nails".

    My hair: Due to its natural African state there is not much i can say but my hair is looking and feeling greater than before.

    My skin: Flawless as per ususal, this product just kisses my skins A double Snakes (SS)...

    I purchased this after reading the great reviews . I am currently using the product to give my hair,skin and nails some TLC, and upto now can really see a difference in the way all three are looking and feeling much better. Would recommend to anybody looking to boost hair, skin and nails at a reasonable price . Another great product Holland and Barrett.

    I have been using these for a little while now and they certainly seem to be working. I had a damaged nail on my index finger and whatever I tried it would not clear up, however in the time I have been using these tablets there is a definite sign that it is now healing. Nails on feet, which were pretty gross also seem to be improving. Also seems to be a general healthy improvement in skin condition, not suffering with dry lips and dry hands quite so much as the weeks have gone. Will definitely persist with the tablets if present rates of health improvements continue.
