    I bought these after reading a recommendation online. My nails were in dire need of some TLC and this product seems to have done the trick! My nails are definitely longer and stronger and I've also seen a big improvement in the condition of both my hair and skin.

    Can definitely recommend.

    Started taking this after my nails suffered due to gel nail treatments. Recovering slowly but definite improvement. Due to product not sure but I'll keep taking it.

    The tablets are easy to take and I have noticed a big difference with my hair and nails. I had crones disease and my hair became thin and my nails were very brittle. I am in remission now I am pleased to say.

    If you're hesitating over whether to buy these vitamins, don't wait any longer. I have had very fine hair and thin, brittle, flaky nails all my life and have never found anything to solve the problem. I've been taking these vitamins for about a week and a half and I've already noticed a massive difference. To be honest, I feel like I noticed a difference after about two days. My nails are stronger, less flaky, whiter and now longer than they've ever been. I also feel like my hair is boosted at the roots and has a little more life to it than usual. I had planned to buy these vitamins once and then wait and see, but I already know I will continue to buy them once my stock is used up. Some people have mentioned that the tablets are large, and they are, but taken with water I've not had any issues getting them down. These vitamins do exactly what they promise. Money well spent.

    Been struggling with my skin etc., for a while and while it isn't perfect I have noticed a huge improvement, less spots, stronger nails and my hair is always healthy looking,very rarely use conditioner any more.

    It has made my hair grow a little bit, not much though but it is in a better condition than it was before I guess and my nails aren't growing any faster. have been taking these tablets twice a day for 2 months now ok
