  1. Smelly and hard to swallow

    Massive tablets which I find hard to swallow. Stinks and makes me gag. Trying to force myself as it�s only been a few days so I can�t comment on the results but boy these are so difficult. Not practical as you have to take it three times daily (which I�ve only managed twice daily so far)

    Been using it for couple weeks now and I can strongly say my hair feels sooo much better and my nails recovering after I took of my acrylic nails. Overall very happy so far but it does give me a bit of diahria now and then and yes it's hard to swallow 3 big pills but hey beauty comes in hard way and persistent work. first pic now and second is before. May don't see much difference in pic, but it defo feeling it.

  5. Worked but had side effects while taking

    This really did make my hair grow however during the 4 months taking them I experienced burst blood vessels in my eye. This happened continually until I stopped taking the vitamins? Doctor said May have been the zinc. Will never know but the side effect for me Was too much to continue with them. ??

    The reason I used to order these was because it was the only skin hair & nail supplement I could find without copper (I�m allergic) and now it�s ruined. Won�t be ordering again as I don�t want copper poisoning. Thanks a lot

    ive been taking these for 2 weeks now and have seen some amazing changes. however, the tablets are too big for me to swallow, so have had to cut them all in half.

    Read lots of reviews before purchase. Seemed great. Sadly not the case for me. Not noticed difference in hair. Nails a little stronger. Skin... omg.awful. spots galore and red marks being left and not fading. Bought for hair and one place I noticed no difference and the difference to my skin is hardly beneficial. Not be buying again. just didn't work for me.

    I have finally found a excellent quality product to support hair and nail growth that actually works! My nails are stronger, hair softer and shiny. My skin looks glowly too. :)) I have been using it only 2 weeks and noticed more of a difference with my Hair and Nails. Highly recommend this product. Thank you :)
