  1. Hair becomes thinner!

    The only difference I have noticed is that my hair is actually falling out a lot since I started taking these about 2 months ago. No difference in my nails or skin but my hair loss is a bit of a worry. It did not fall out like this before! When brushing, straightening or just running my hands through my hair, I lose a lot. I am stopping taking these supplements and hopefully the loss will cease. I actually purchased this item to help strengthen my nails.

    I bought these after recently having a baby. I need to express how disgusting the smell and taste is. The first time I took one I was nearly sick and now have to prepare myself everytime I take one. I will take the rest but probably won't purchase again.

    I saw a difference in my nails grew long and strong.But I got very tired on reading small print could cause fatigue. Gave my 2nd bottle to my cousin did the same to her.I have never had problems with anything else I have taken.

    I�ve been using the skin hair and nails caplets since January and my nails are noticeably less ridged and less prone to damage. I�m not that keen on the smell or the flavour though so I swallow them as quickly as possible!

    I have been using this product on/off for several years and can see an improvement in my hair. Many hairdressers are remarking that I have lots of new hair growth. Now my mother started using this product too.

    Nowhere near as good as old formula in the blue bottle, which I've taken for YEARS!! Hair growth and difference was noticeable for me not long after I started taking.
    Tried these more than once with hardly any effect. Such a shame as well, I really loved the old tablets. Will have to now look elsewhere :(.
