    I have been taking the pills for about two weeks, my nails are alot stronger my hair feels alot softer and healthier, I haven't been taking them long enough though to see a difference in my hair growth... The only downside is that the pills are quite big and that you have to take three of them a day.

    Just under 4 weeks I�ve been taking these and I�ve noticed my eye lashes look abit longer and my nails have gotten stronger too! I only take 2 a day instead of the 3 it recommends, they�re quite big and don�t taste the best but I think thats quite common, I would recommend to try if you haven�t already

  3. Amazing results following chemo

    After losing my hair to chemo I decided to try these. Thought it couldn't hurt. Doctors were amazed how quickly my hair regrew and kept growing. I have recommended to many other going through chemo. Still taking two years on and I have lovely thick health hair and nails that actually grow to (That was a first for me) Thankyou so much for this product

    I have always had difficulty growing my nails and they have always been soft and easily broken.

    I have been using the Holland & Barrett Skin, Hair and Nail Formula Caplets since November 2015 and the difference to my nails is amazing. They are now hard and I am so pleased with the length of them. An added bonus is that my thumb nails were particularly short and the skin at the corners of my thumb nails would crack and were very sore: No longer!

    My hair has grown really quickly too (although I didn't get them for that!).

    My skin is good anyway so I don't really know if it has helped there but it can't have done any harm!

    A highly recommended product which I wish I had found years ago.

    I have been taking these vitamins for over a year now. My hair and nails appear to be stronger. The tablet is rather large and it takes practice to swallow it!

    trying this for the first time so have only been taking it for a short while as yet. Not sure if I notice much but think my hair is a little better and less dry than before.
