    I've only managed to take one a day but have noticed that my nails and hair are looking and feeling so much better.

    I first bought these about 3 months ago as my nails had become very soft and brittle. Now I can open the car door without breaking a nail and I can wear nail varnish with pride. My hair also feels to be in great condition. The only downside is the size of the tablets - a bit like something you would give to a horse. I just have to make sure I have a big glass of water to take them with

    I used this product for a month or more and saw nearly immediate results. Then, life got particularly busy, I kept forgetting to take the capsules and my hair and nails went a bit "sad" again. Now that I'm back to a regular regimen, my nails are stronger and my hair is "perkier". The price is very right and I'm absolutely satisfied with my purchase.

    This pill is to strong and makes me feel really sick and throw up if I have it with a small meal. Did not noticed any results so I just consider this product a big waste of money.

  9. Different caplets in sized bottles

    I've been using these caplets for 3 years, however, recently I noticed the difference between the bottle of 60 and 120, 240. The caplets in smaller bottle appear to have more colour or 'spots', whereas caplets from bigger bottles look plain (presumably they have less ingredients or vitamins included). I became more aware of this notion when I started purchasing the 240 bottle and was recently diagnosed with severe vitamin D deficiency.
