  1. Definite improvement in skin

    I've been using these properly for almost a month and on and off previously. Almost through a 60 tab bottle. I'm a light skinned black female and have quite complex skin tones as I develop more and more freckles each year - great of course! I have quite dark patches under my eyes and around my mouth that have increased over the years. These tablets after almost a month have almost cleared all darkness around my mouth. It's cleared but some to the outer parts of my eye but not in the bag area yet. Not noticed anything with my hair - in fact it's pretty thin so I'm hoping with an additional iron tablet I can fill the gap. I'd definitely recommend trying this for 3 months minimum. I'm going to get another bottle and see how things look after 3 months of continued use.

    using this product for nearly over a month, three caps daily. noticed a difference in hair fall which was scary before. My hair were coming out of roots before and now feeling much better

    Been taking the old formula of these for years & my hair & skin had never been better. Now the formula has changed they smell disgusting, it says only take 1 now when it used to be 2 & my skin has broken out terribly. Please bring back the old formula?!

    When taken regularly this product does work on strengthening hair and making it look shinier.

    Bought this second time now. Completed 4 months now. Hair fall doesn�t completely stops but reduced a lot after first two weeks. I tried really expensive supplements but these ones are the right combination of what my body needs. I recommend having a blood test to see vitamin deficiency to make sure you choose the right product.
    Although really happy with these.
    The only thing I would say that tablets are big and you have to swallow three at once.

    Not been taking long enough to see any difference so far. They are rather big tablets and I don't particularly like the smell of them, when I take the lid off, but if they work I will put up with it!!

    Been taking one tablet twice per day and can notice a difference in the strength of my nails already as only been taking them for 4 weeks
