  • Biotin is found in most of the best hair supplements for growth; it is a B Vitamin that contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin – helping to keep them healthy. Niacin, also known as vitamin B3, is a water-soluble vitamin that aids normal skin and normal function of mucous membranes.

    These tablets have made such a difference to my skin, hair and nails! My nails were so weak and brittle and now they are stronger and grow longer than ever before. My hair is super shiny and skin clear with a glow. I really rely on these!

  4. Three months and I can see the difference

    My hair is naturally healthy, I get a trim/ haircut every 3-4 months. My last hair cut was at the end of April which is when I started taking these caplets. My skin and hair were always okay but I have seen a difference with my hair growth! Which is exactly what I want since I want to grow it and eventually donate it. I have attached a photograph with this review, the first photograph is after I finished my first bottle and the second one after (almost) finishing my third! I hope the pictures help! :) I would also recommend this product to women who struggle with hair growth or if your hair seems to always stay the same length.

    P.S My hair is wet in the photographs because my hair is wavy and I thought this would be the best way to actually see the difference.

    I got this like 2 months ago at first I didn�t see a change but after few weeks i saw that a lot of baby hairs has been coming thruuuu and it definitely made my hair more stronger and longer . I feel like my hair is much more healthier than before

    These are the worst tasting and smelling vitamins I have ever had. I have only been able to have 1 as they made me feel really sick. DO NOT recommend they are so awful.

    Bought these as I noticed my naturally thick hair become thin around my forehead (age38) after 3 weeks of taking 2 daily I've noticed really good regrowth in my hairline and as a bonus my nails are super strong (they were brittle and weak before), will continue taking them long term and hopefully I also will see an improvement in my skin. Would defo recommend, only downside is that they are quite expensive and difficult to swallow because of large capsule size.
