    I took these for about 6 months then stopped oh boy did I notice the difference after about 2 months my hair was not so thick and shiny and my nails started to look shabby and my skin was not so radiant. Been back on them now for 2 weeks and the difference is amazing will not stop taking them again brilliant product

    I�ve been using these for about 5 months now and I�ve seen a big difference in my hair. I have new hair growth all over my scalp. I don�t see any improvement to my nails however, but that�s not why I bought it. I will continue to use this product for as long as possible�

    I have been using these now daily for about 2 weeks. I think my skin is clearer...but then again it has been very sunny which could have also impacted on that. I think my hair is longer too, but I have afro hair which is much harder to measure in terms of length (the shrinkage is real). My nails are stronger too, they don't bend at all now.
    Overall I have noticed slight differences so I will continue to take them. I don't mind taking tablets and I take them after my evening meal so I will just carry on until I have finished the packet and then make a more informed judgement.

    I've been taking these tablets for about a year. My nails are long and very strong; I have only broken one nail in a year!
    I keep my hair very short but my hairdresser tells me it's in beautiful condition and at 65 years old, it's still not grey. This may be due to genetics of course! My skin has very few wrinkles and is still smooth; as my daughter so eloquently puts it, I haven't got a face like a chimpanzee!! I take 3 tablets a day and can honestly say they work for me!

    Really helps with acne, my daughter loves it. Also condition of hair and nails is much better. You will see first results after 2,3 weeks of using it.
