    I have been taking 3 tablets a day for 2 weeks . No difference so far . Tablets are big but easy to swallow. Very expensive , I don�t recommend .

    I've been taking this product for a little over a month, but I haven't seen much of a difference. As a matter of fact, it's made the skin on my face a little spotty, when my skin prior to using this was soft and clear.

    Such a great way to help improve skin, hair and nails. Lockdown sucked the glow out of me, but these have definitely started to help bring back what I'd lost! Three caps a day, taken with meals and I'm getting enough vitamins to help my hair get it's shine, my nails strengthen and my skin clear up!

    I was losing a lot of hair over lockdown year 20-21, but these have almost stopped that, my nails are growing faster and stronger. Not noticed any skin changes yet after 3 weeks, but may less dry. Will be buying again.

    So far using this product it is amazing and does what it says on the lid. I've even brought another bottle for when this one finishes!

    I am sure with all the technology you could coat these tables to stop the horrible taste and smell.
    I like Holland and barrett but unfortunately I will be looking fpr somewhere else for this product

    These totally work but my gosh! they are huge and taste gross! I had to break them in half and go through swallowing the most vile tasting thing! But oh well i have nice hair to show for it.

    I have used this product for over a year now, and my hair is thicker, nails stronger, and my skin is well balanced and as line free as it was 5 years ago. I am nearly 70, and will continue to use it for the foreseeable future.
