    I buy this product regularly for my husband. He noticed a difference when he stopped for a week.

    i bought these with the intention of rescuing my hair as its quite damaged and it needed some tlc, but they made my hair greasy which wasnt ideal and these tablets are ENORMOUS! so bare that in mind when buying as i had trouble taking these. my skin and nail improved though so i guess as an all rounder these work well.

  3. Brown dots and smelly

    Actually it works really well with my hair
    I love to keep using it for a long time
    But i noticed the caplets turned into brown dots plus it smells really bad !
    Is that normal ?
    Or should i had to store it in the fridge ? Because I didn�t

    I have been taking these tablet for 6 weeks now and have noticed a big difference in my hair and nails.

    I have been buying the product for a few years and have found that the tablets contain quite a selection of vitamins which help me .

    I've started taking these pills 10 days ago, I've already noticed a big improvement on my nails that were extremely damaged because of gel polish. Now they're already stronger and visibly healthier. Not so much improvement instead with regards to my hair, probably it's just too soon.

    I started taking these as I have been an avid nail biter for years and have been trying to grow them out and not have them paper thin and has worked a charm even the nail tech mentioned how strong my nails are but should mention I have been using in conjunction with other products. On a side note people have commented how nice my hair has been looking since I started taking these.

    After reading such fantastic reviews and sticking at taking these large tablets a whopping 3 times a day religiously for 4 months, I'm really disappointed at seeing very little difference. There was a slight improvement in my nails, not enough to warrant the commitment or money spent. They may work for others but not for me. I have moved on to a competitors liquid version which I'm hoping I will see a result with.

    Tablets are massive not easy to swallow but can see difference in hair and nails after 3 weeks so worth struggling to swallow

    Absolutely love these caplets, they may smell and have a slight weird taste but I really do believe they have helped my hair become a lot healthier!!!
