    Does what it claims, I have stronger nails, clearer skin and hair grows thick and faster than before

    This product works however for me this product made me extremely sleepy! And fatigue
    Also please do read the label that states to take three daily. I think these two things need to be more visible to buyers

  4. Why all the packaging??

    Just got these today and it looks like someone has nicked most if them, but no, it's got 30 tablets in a bottle the size of a barrel. Not tired them yet

    Found that after the course caplets that my hair was growing back at the temples and overall my hair felt slightly thicker. I have very fine hair and had noticed it was thinning, but I am reversing this slowly with the help of these caplets.

    I don�t consistently take these (sometimes I forget!) but I would say they have helped my nails a lot!- they are much stronger. I bought these to help my hair grow faster and they have definitely helped (maybe not as much as I had expected but that is most likely because I haven�t consistently taken them)

    Me and my husband both take these vitamins and have seen such a good difference in our skin. My nails are stronger now. My hair has not stopped falling , but it�s less for sure .
    The only part I don�t like is having to swallow big 3 tablets with not so appealing taste!

  9. Wish I had found these sooner!

    I bought these 4 weeks ago and wasn't holding out much hope. I am 38 and my hair has been turning white since I was in my mid 20s. I noticed after 2 weeks of taking these that my natural dark colour was returning and I now, after 4 weeks, have more natural colour than white. I was not expecting that! My hair is less greasy and I have loads of new growth and it just looks more voluminous! My nail ridges are nearly gone and my spots have cleared up and I have more even skin tone on my face.
    I am not sure if this has anything to do with it, but my weight has stabalised as well, I am on slimming world, and since lockdown I have not been sticking to my diet, I have done some research and believe this may be because of the Biotin. This is just my personal opinion, but next step is to get back on plan and see what happend.
    I must have had a few vitamin deficiencies for this product to work as it has. I generally feel soo much better about myself and my apperance.
