    I was expecting shining hair, gleaming skin and perfect nails from this, but I've been taking it for a while (about 6 weeks) and haven't really noticed any difference. Will persevere as it costs a lot of money and it might need more time to work. My diet is healthy anyway, so maybe I didn't need it.

    I was very sceptical if these would work on my nails and hair when I started taking them a month ago but the results are amazing. My nails are growing well and are much stronger and my hair feels thicker and is shinier.

    Not quite sure yet. I've got one days tablets left of the first bottle and I haven't noticed any difference yet. I will try one more and then make my mind up.

    If you are looking for an all in one supplements, then perhaps you need to take these with additional supplements as after taking these tabs for two weeks I still have nit noticed any progress

    These are a very good, my hair skinned nails are much better since using these.

    I started taking these two weeks ago after finishing a packet of powdered collagen. I recently turned 45 and have noticed my skin is starting to change. These tablets have already started working and my skin is feeling softer and I haven't had to use a face scrub as often. The only reason why I haven't given this product five stars is because I find the tablets very big and not the easiest to swallow. This is something that should be looked at. Otherwise, it's a good product.
