Flaxseed oil, also known as Linseed oil, is an excellent natural source of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) which is an Omega-3 fatty acid. As the body is unable to produce them, Omega-3 fatty acids are essential additions to the diet.
Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. This beneficial effect can be found with a daily intake of 2g of ALA from food and supplements.

A rare vegan one!

Not sure how to write feedback as its a supplement that you don't really feel the effect of, I just take it as a vegan who doesn't eat a lot. Hasn't changed my life particularly but its nice to get one with 3, 6 and 9 in one capsule that also doesn't have fish oil or gelatine in it. Winner winner no chicken for dinner.
